Parcel Delivery & tracking
In order to reduce waste, Sœur & Mer has implemented a zero stock policy: we manufacture products on demand once orders are confirmed, within two to three weeks in most cases (if otherwhise, the information will be available through a top banner on each page of the site).
Our domestic and international parcel service is Colissimo, a fast-track service which provides deliveries at home from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The delivery is to be made to the address our customers indicate while placing their order. If no one is at the address when the attempted delivery is made, a calling card will be left which will allow the recipient to request a second delivery on the date of their choice, or to collect the package at the post office whose address is specified on the back. While Colissimo is waiting to hear back from the recipient, a parcel will be kept for 15 to 30 days depending on the circumstances, before being returned to the sender.
Tracking your Colissimo parcel
You will receive an email to confirm the order has been placed and once shipped you will receive another confirmation email along with a tracking number.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs and times depend on the delivery address.
Shipping costs are free for all orders over €300 for delivery in mainland France and €600 for international delivery.
