Exchange or refund

If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry, you have a period of 14 days (see article L 121-21 of the consumer code)to return it in its original condition. You may request an exchange only if the purchase was made in a physical store, and request an exchange or a refund if the purchase was made online, under the following conditions:

Several scenarios may arise:
1. You wish to exchange your jewelry for a model or size that suits you better : you can return the jewelry with the return form included in the package sent to you with your initial order within 14 calendar days from the date of effective delivery. Upon receipt of your package, you can choose another model on our website.

2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and bought your jewelry online, you have the option to return the jewelry within 14 calendar days from the date of effective delivery using the return form included in the package sent to you with your initial order. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition.

Jewelry that has been personalized with engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.
