An organic jewel like living matter, designed to reproduce the near-perfect mathematical beauty of the Grammatophora diatom from which the model draws its inspiration. We call it "the Gram" because we've chosen to create extremely fine, precious pieces.

The pieces from the “Grams” collection are the representation of a jewel of the microscopic world: the Grammatophora, from the diatom family, marine microorganisms measuring a fraction of a millimeter producing with the rest of its species a quarter of the oxygen that we breathe on Earth and at the base of the food chain.

Because Diatoms are sublime and precious for life, little known and need to be protected, the Sœur & Mer dedicates its first collections to them and, thanks to you, is committed to an association invested in research to understand and predict the impact of climate change and pollution on the activity and evolution of marine microorganisms, but also to educate young people and mobilize political decision-makers.

Grams exist as a rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.

Regarding our Gram necklaces, you can "play" with an accumulation of grams of one row with different choices of stones, in 18-carat white gold or yellow gold.
You can contact us to buy the gram pendent without the chain, we will personalize your order.

As for earrings, you can mix earrings with different choices of stones, accumulate them on one ear if you have several piercings, and combine earrings of 1 row and that of 3 rows. You can also contact us to purchase only 1 gram earring instead of 2, we can personalize your order (the price will be divided by half)

Let us know if it's a gift and if you would like to include a personalized note. By default, a handwritten note signed by the Maison's Foundation accompanies each piece of jewelry. This note explains what the jewelry piece represents, its collection, the manufacturing process in our Parisian workshops, and our commitment to the Tara Ocean Foundation to support research aimed at protecting the environment and biodiversity.

The jewelry box is a delicate turquoise color and is also made in France. The jewelry is carefully protected by tissue paper, and a satin organza ribbon adds the perfect finishing touch to the packaging.

In order to reduce waste, Sœur & Mer avoids stocks : we manufacture products on demand once orders are confirmed, within three weeks in most cases.

Our domestic and international parcel service is Colissimo, a fast-track service which provides deliveries at home from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The delivery is to be made to the address our customers indicate while placing their order. See more details.
