We offer you the possibility of adjusting the size of your jewel or having your jewel made to measure. This service is included in the purchase price.

It takes about 7 working days for your jewel to be cut to size, and longer for custom-made jewels.

Here's a guide to your finger size or that of your loved one.

Using a tape measure or other method, wrap a piece of paper around your finger and cut off the paper when you've gone all the way round, then measure the length of the paper on a flat surface.

Preferably do this at the end of the day, when it's neither too hot nor too cold. If you're between sizes, choose the larger of the two (the finger tends to thicken over time, and it's easier to resize a ring that's too big than the other way round).

We offer delivery for all orders placed with our partner services in France and abroad. Delivery times may vary from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on stone availability and the originality and complexity of the model.

Information concerning delivery times will be communicated to you at the time of payment, after an appointment has been made. If you change your mind, you have 15 days to notify us and make your return.

To preserve these delicate handcrafted creations, made from noble materials in solid gold and precious stones, we recommend that you :

• Avoid contact with perfume or creams to preserve their color and brilliance.
• Remove them before going to sleep or when exposed to shocks, such as during sports or manual labor.
• Store your jewelry in its Sœur & Mer jewel case, which is designed to protect it individually from damage caused by contact with other jewelry.

To preserve the brilliance of your jewelry, we recommend that you clean it with lukewarm water, neutral ph soap and a very soft brush. You can also clean it with a chamois cloth.

We offer you the possibility of having your jewelry cleaned and polished in our Paris workshop.
